Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance

1. Having a warranty for your product means assurance. If it malfunctions within its intended life and you purchased Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance, a replacement can be provided, covering only the product’s cost, excluding shipping.

   • Any misuse, normal wear, or if the product is discontinued will make this warranty void.

   • “Lifetime” signifies the time the product is still available.
   • Subject to cancellation without advance customer notification.
2. To use your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance:
   • Take a photo or quick video that shows the item clearly.
   • Go to our Contact Form page to submit a request and choose Lifetime Warranty as the category.
   • Attach the photo or video.
3. If a replacement has been approved, we will update you within 48 hours.
